 Retirees 65 and older who are:

• Town of Kingston MedEx 2 Blue Medicare Rx PDP subscribers or
• Medicare PPO Blue Freedom RX subscribers or
• Retirees eligible for Medical who are not current subscribers of any plans

New Monthly Rate Deduction for 2024

MedEx 2 with BlueMedicare RX PDP: $156.00
Medicare PPO Blue Freedom RX : $136.80

 No Action is required by you if you:

• Are NOT making changes to your current plan selection or
• Are eligible for Retiree Medical and are NOT enrolling for calendar year 2024

         IF YOU PLAN ON CHANGING MEDICAL PLANS or ARE ENROLLING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Town Human Resources will need all required forms by Thursday, November 30, 2023
