Adams Center Board of Trustees Duties & Responsibilities

It is the responsibility and duty of the Adams Center Board of Trustees to secure optimal use of the Adams Center for the benefit of the citizens of Kingston by: 

  • Creating rental and leasing policies
  • Creating a plan for use and subdivision of space
  • Determining optimal secure use of the building to include archival storage
  • Review uses under the present Will and proposing possible expansion of uses
  • Creating a calendar/plan for use of the building
  • Reviewing expenditures from the Revolving Fund
  • Creating a budget; managing staff and volunteers
  • Report to the Board of Selectmen
