File a Building Permit

You will need to include the following requirements with your completed application for it to be reviewed:

  • 110mph Wind Design Information
  • Building plans for work to be done
  • Completed Building Permit Application
  • Completed Worker's Compensation Affidavit
  • Completed Zoning Application
  • Contractor information with evidence of insurance
  • Floor plan Before/After
  • Plot plan showing the location of work
  • ResCheck information
  • Septic or sewer application (new dwelling)
  • Stretch Code Information
  • Water Department receipt (new dwelling)

Electrical Inspector

Call the Building Department to schedule an electrical inspection.
